This privacy policy only covers the Incom Telecoms website. Other links within this site to other websites are not covered by this policy. We may continue to use your personal information for a period after you cease being a registered user.

In some cases, we are asked to work with other companies to provide products and services. In such cases we will never share your details directly to an unrelated company, except where this is required to fulfil an order for those third party products or services.

Website Security
com Telecoms uses Sage Pay; all transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Direct Marketing and Telemarketing Data
On occasion Incom Telecoms will purchase lists from marketing data providers for use in email marketing, telemarketing and direct marketing campaigns. This data includes fields such as name, company name, email address, telephone number etc. and is bought from the data provider on the understanding that it is opt in data. If you feel that you have received a communication from us and feel that you have not opted in then you can either email us at marketing@incomtelecom.co.uk.
