Complete Unit Inspection:
- Filter Cover & Motor Housing: Checked for cracks, damage, or signs of deterioration
- Blower Unit & Filter Area: Inspected for contamination or improper filter installation
User Interface & Functionality Check:
- Display & ON/OFF Switch: Ensured to be clean and fully operational, preventing visual alarms from being obstructed by dirt buildup
Airflow and Power Testing:
- Air Power & Low Flow Alarm: Tested for maximum airflow and low airflow alerts
- Blower Bearings: Checked for smooth operation
Thorough Cleaning & Disinfection:
- pH6 Detergent & 3M™ C Diff Disinfectant: Used to clean and disinfect the unit, ensuring the removal of contaminants
- Drying: Dried with clean cloths to ensure no moisture remains
Power Supply & Battery Pack Inspection:
- Cables & Battery Housing: Checked for cracks, discolouration, or signs of wear
Final Checks:
- Filter, Prefilter, & Breathing Tube: Inspected for damage or excessive wear, with replacements recommended as necessary
